This Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) is updated to inform all interested parties that the acquisition strategy for this requirement has been updated. After technical review of the responses to the previously issued RFI, it was determined that only one source can provide the required services. As such, the intent is for award to a contract holder on the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle on a sole source basis. The supporting Justification and Approval document will posted within the required time frame after award has been made.
