Requirements Solicitation is for Maintenance, Repair, Reconstruction, Demolition, Replacement, and/or Installation of a Wide Variety of Roofing Systems at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.



Amended Solicitation W56ZTN25R00030006 is posted on 07/15/2025.



All work shall be in accordance with the Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions contained herein this Solicitation package.

This acquisition is being issued as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. NAICS Code 238160 and Size Standard of $19M.

The proposed requirement is for a single award, Firm- Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements-Type Construction Contract. A five (5) year base contract and a 6-month extension is anticipated.

UPDATE: On 07/28/2025, the Government received a protest in the solicitation and actions are currently paused until further decision.
